Pre-natal Friendly! Traditionally a Swedish style massage composed of gentle gliding and rhythmic kneading strokes, this service will lull you into such a deep relaxation, you may forget how to adult! (LMT is not responsible for client's decisions made in such a relaxed state). This service is best done with little to no clothing, but the client is welcome to wear whatever they can relax best in. Sheets, blankets, a table warmer, hanger, jewelry dish, and chair are provided for your comfort.

Relaxation Massage

Want to work out all your knots and tension? Look no further! Typically done in a Swedish style (utilizing stretching, neuromuscular, and trigger point techniques) the therapist will work your soft tissues into a more functional and less painful state. You may feel a little sore 12-48 hours after this service, but it can restore functionality and greatly improve pain from a variety of causes. Feel free to ask if you are unsure if this is the right service for you. This service is best done with little to no clothing, but the client is welcome to wear whatever they can relax best in. Sheets, blankets, a table warmer, hanger, jewelry dish, and chair are provided for your comfort.

Work It Out Massage

If you are sensitive to touch, have a touch related trauma, or sensory processing disorder, this is the massage for you. A trauma-informed therapist will work with you to provide the exact experience you want and need. This service can only be booked AFTER a consultation.

Resilience Building Massage

This massage helps remind your abdominal muscles how to function sans-baby. It can help with incontinence, cramping, shifting your center of gravity, and overall stress relief.  It is highly recommended to have 3-5 Post-Natal massages about a week apart within the first 6 months of giving birth.

Post-Natal Mothers Massage

With the client fully clothed, Acupressure and massage is applied to the hands, feet, and/or ears to relieve pain, stress and tension across the entire body.

Reflexology

Therapy specifically tailored for the expectant mothers needs, this service is designed to relax and relieve aching, tired, and overused muscles, tendons and ligaments. Using plenty of pillows and bolsters, this service will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed. If you are experiencing a high-risk pregnancy or any complications (like hypertension or gestational diabetes), please be prepared to provide a doctor's release. This service is best done with little to no clothing, but the client is welcome to wear whatever they can relax best in. Sheets, blankets, a table warmer, hanger, jewelry dish, and chair are provided for your comfort.

Pre-Natal/Pregnancy Massage

Chair Massage is quick and convenient, as the client remains fully dressed. The specially made chair has the client seated face-down, providing the therapist access to the scalp, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, back, hips, and outer thighs. If you want to try massage for the first time, release some tension on your lunch break, or book a therapist for the whole office for a day, this is the service for you!
